As I read the book, the author has me trapped - I realize how the author deftly converts daunting management techniques into practical approaches.
The book is a novel in which Matt, the protagonist, is designated to drive change for the company. His organisational journey of transformation was an introspective passage for me. Some of the instances that Matt experiences are closely related to mine – the deeper I went into the book, the more I was holding a mirror to my experiences.
